At Bentgo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home or lunch solution, you may return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
